1) Agreement to Terms

By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2) Services and Estimates

We provide HVAC services such as repairs, maintenance, installations, inspections, and ductwork.
Estimates may be based on information you provide and may change after an on-site inspection.
Pricing may exclude permit fees, code upgrades, or unforeseen conditions unless stated.

3) Scheduling, Access, and Job Conditions

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact and address details
Ensure safe access to the property, equipment, electrical panels, attic/crawl spaces, and thermostats as needed
Secure pets and disclose known hazards (mold, asbestos, damaged wiring, etc.)
Provide parking/access codes and any required authorization

If a technician arrives and cannot access the equipment or safely perform work, you may be charged a trip/diagnostic fee.

4) Emergency Service

If we offer emergency or after-hours service, additional fees may apply. We will communicate these prior to dispatch when possible.

5) Payments, Deposits, and Financing

Payments processed via card are subject to additional charges, as determined by the processing institution.
Late payments will incur an additional 3% charge on the original amount every 30 days if not settled on time.
A one-year workmanship guarantee is provided for any product purchased and installed by Jarvis HVAC LLC. This guarantee does not apply to products purchased directly by the customer.

6) Changes, Add-Ons, and Additional Work

You authorize us to perform the work described in the approved estimate/work order. Additional work must be approved by you (written, digital, or recorded verbal approval, where permitted).

7) Permits and Code Compliance

Where required, permits may be obtained by us or the customer (as specified in writing). Existing systems may require updates to meet current code during replacement/installation.

8) Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

9) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems
Submit false information or impersonate others
Use the site for unlawful purposes

10) Communications (Calls, Texts, Email)

By providing your contact info, you consent to receive communications about your request/service. Marketing messages require opt-in where required, and you can opt out anytime (e.g., reply STOP to texts).

11) Disclaimers

Website provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the site may be general and not a substitute for professional inspection.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services or the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (unless prohibited by law).

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

14) Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
